Our brief was to attend a site visit due to a roof leak.
During our visit, we found that the original roof had not been laid correctly and water had seeped between the various layers of felt. This has left a puddle the size of the entire roof which would cause even more damage if it wasn’t addressed straightaway.
To ensure the roof was fully weatherproof, we had to remove it all, dry it out and re-install it. We also needed to relocate several new AC split condensers and remove old R22 chilled air handling units in order to complete the project. In addition, a new walkway was laid to provide access to the AC Condensers and Tenants living above the store.
