“IDWE undertook a technically challenging boiler room refurbishment which included the replacement of 3No gas fired boilers and the replacement of the existing non-compliant flue. With their flue specialist, they were able to identify a new route for the flue, despite the lack of space within the mechanical risers, overcoming numerous technical challenges. Working closely with the Consultant and Managing Agent, this boiler replacement project was successfully delivered during a particularly cold period with only minor disruption to the building operation.”
